The Petite Paws Shop — 30-Day Return Policy

You may return unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Conditions
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.
  • Final-sale items (gift cards, personalized/custom orders, hygiene items — e.g., grooming wipes) are not eligible for return. Check product pages for exceptions.
Return process
  1. Start a return: Email contact@petitepawsshop.com or use the Returns portal at petitepawsshop.com/returns within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive authorization: We’ll email a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship item: Pack items securely and include the RA. We recommend using tracked shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  4. Inspection & refund: Once received and inspected (usually 3–7 business days), we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method or store credit per your request.
Exchanges

For size/color exchanges, use the Returns portal or contact us. If the desired replacement is in stock, we’ll ship it once we receive the return (you may opt to purchase the new item first) and will send a prepaid shipping label to return the original item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos and your order number to contact@petitepawsshop.com within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
